We have taken on the long-term stewardship of the Jiangjun Qingkunshen Fan-shaped Salt Pans in Tainan, a nationally important coastal wetland of about 269 hectares. This unique area features diverse habitats—salt pans, mudflats, mangroves, and tidal channels—that provide vital shelter and feeding grounds for migratory waterbirds and intertidal species. As solar photovoltaic (PV) developments and tourism projects expand in this region, we actively work with local communities, environmental groups, and government agencies to balance renewable energy growth with ecological conservation. Through the Tugou-Jiangjun Salt Pan Wetland Restoration Alliance and environmental trust funds funded by green energy developers, we channel compensation funds directly into habitat protection, biodiversity surveys, and sustainable site management.
